5 months agoTwo technicians arrived on time and looking clean and professional. They were polite, friendly, respectful, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Their attention to detail was exceptional. They fixed our gas fireplace where many others had not.

3 months agoTechnician stripped an access screw for the gas valve and then issued a 'B' tag because the screw was stripped and he couldn't test it. Now I face having my gas service turned off unless I replace the gas valve or install a new boiler. Do not recommend.
