4 months agoImagine calling Arthur in the morning and by mid afternoon having a new furnace installed in the middle of a cold snap. From Arthur through to the technicians Chris and Jacob, everyone was top tier. And the price was more than fair.

4 months agoWe initially made the mistake of asking a different company for a diagnosis - left with a superficial check, two code violations, a $2000 repair forecast, and a $99+tax charge. Unhappy with that service, I called Arthur for a second opinion.

4 months agoOur furnace heat turned off last night and temperature went down to 18. Contacted Arthur this morning and he responded quickly and suggested something that resolved the issue. Fair, quick and good - two years ago and today.
