6 months agoThey cut a hole in our wall, performed no work, and charged us $1,000. The problem was resolved by another plumber in seconds. We were left with an unnecessary hole in our wall and no explanation.

4 months agoThe technician came, took a single picture, sent it to his manager, and that was it. He did not inspect the line, did not identify the root cause, and charged us $100 for doing almost nothing.

7 months agoThey told me I needed a new toilet and quoted $1,000. I bought one for $150 at Home Depot and had a more reasonable plumber install it for $125. Avoid this place at all costs.
