3 months agoThe installation team were professional, skilled, and respectful of my space. They brought their own floor mats so they didn't track water through my home and cleaned up everything, including removing the old units and all debris.

3 months agoCommunication by the project coordinator was very poor. It was supposed to be a 1.5 week reno that turned into 3 weeks. I have only 1 bathroom and was never told of any updated timelines. The vanity ended up off centre and the mudding had obvious spots not sanded at all.
