3 months agoWhen the temperature warmed up and we tried to use the heat pump, it did not start. The technician diagnosed the issue quickly - we were not charged as it had been installed less than three weeks prior.

2 months agoDavid and Vaibhav removed the old furnace and installed the new one in an efficient and timely manner. David even explained the new thermostat functions with patience and tolerance. I am definitely recommending JD Swallow.
