The job was not very thorough. Areas were missed with dusting, nothing was moved when cleaning floors, and I asked for upholstered furniture to be vacuumed - she said she could but did not. For the price I expected better.

Billed over $1400 for a deep clean of my 1100 sq ft house. Work was not done and/or very poorly done. Before we could agree on a final amount, they charged my credit card without authorization. I feel taken advantage of.

They cracked my glass sink countertop and broke other items and refused to pay for it. They offered free cleaning as compensation but why would I want them back after destroying my sink. The cleaner didn't even mention what happened.
