6 months agoHe ignored calls and messages. For nearly a month he kept playing the 'next week' game. He damaged our roof with his excavator and never followed up. There is still money owed to us for incomplete work.

2 years agoTowards the end of the job Mark's communication and involvement dropped off noticeably. What started strongly finished up somewhat less so.
