4 months agoOur furnace died in the night and Rick Menard had a technician sent out within a few hours. Most places wanted us to subscribe to a care package plan just to come out. Service was great enough that we won't even shop around for other quotes.

4 months agoBelal was fast, efficient, informative, and respectful of our time and home. He went out of his way to explain how to maintain the fireplace across the different seasons. We will be going with Belal to service our AC, furnace, and humidifier as well!
