We are in the middle of a polar vortex and our heat and hot water are shut off. They scheduled an appointment 4 days out, then offered 5 days. I was left on hold 33 minutes and then disconnected with no appointment confirmed.

Rochelle, we are truly sorry for the experience you had during what was already a stressful situation. A gas shutoff in the middle of a polar vortex is exactly when we need to be at our best, and we fell well short of that.
