4 months agoHe cancelled or failed to show up well over 15 times despite personally confirming specific dates. The lack of communication, reliability, professionalism, and accountability has been the biggest issue.

4 months agoHired him for my screen door. The door doesn't stay shut, it's missing a latch. He told me 4 times he will come back and fix it and he never did. Is a nice guy but not dependable.

6 months agoOne of his workers fell through our ceiling while repairing our neighbour's balcony. Eric provided multiple proposed repair dates but attended only one of approximately ten scheduled appointments. Six months have passed without resolution.
