5 months agoThey said the heat exchanger wasn't under warranty and the whole furnace needed replacing - quoted me $4k. A second opinion confirmed the parts were under warranty and did the repair for $900.

5 months agoJobs have always been done as quoted and in a timely manner with little inconvenience to me and every job has been very clean and tidy. This company seems to strive on customer service which I feel is quite rare these days.
