2 months agoThe young man came out on an emergency basis, was on time and worked very hard to try to get my drain cleared. Unfortunately it didn't get cleared - which wasn't his fault. That was the only downside.

3 months agoHe surveyed the situation and went right to work. We discussed options as the work progressed. He was friendly, efficient, and cleaned up the work area. We are quite happy with our no-leaking bathroom sink and new tap.
